The replacement heating wire was running around loose in the box. Upon inspection, everything seemed ok. However, I had read that some people had trouble with the heat control. So I decided, that before I tried the product I would check the output of the heat control. It puts out the same amperage and voltage no matter what the dial is set at. And it puts out the entire amount of voltage that comes from the wall. Which lets me know this is going to operate far too hot and may propose a danger. Of course there is no information to contact the company. There is no way to get a replacement or lodge a complaint. So I am stuck with a piece of &%$# that I cannot use. Yes os safety to use. Just keep the equipment far away from children when in use; only the center filament is hot. Buyer Beware! ### ⭐⭐⭐ Lacking english instructions and temperature control lacking *by M***Y on October 5, 2021* Pro: Came well packaged; can do the job; basic design idea is good; you are provided with a second glass tube and heating coil Con: Most information is in Chinese and all instructions are in Chinese (was able to get it to work); if yo do not watch then plastic gets bubbles (see pictures); reostat is not linier so seems only one setting works satisfactorily.
