way better then im Rode NTG2 mic

Stick with Rode PRO+
Too big and don't like you can't adjust it lower. The dial is nifty along with the other features but in my case (up close drag racing) this mic isn't suited for it. Great mic for narrative or vloging but not in super loud conditions. It was horrible in high winds even with a wind protector. Sent it back and bought the Rode PRO+ to replace my Rode Pro. It's killer!
