I paint watercolors and wanted something cheap to play with. It does buckle and it is thinner than high quality watercolor paper. However, it's still a lot better than using printer paper or construction paper. The colors don't bleed through. You can paint on both sides. If it wrinkles, you can let it dry, and mist a fine spray onto it and it will mostly flatten back out. If you want to make dozens of paintings and play around without worrying, this is a great paper. If you want to fuss over tiny details and have a flat paper that holds up to scrubbing and lifting techniques, maybe spend more for a better quality. I did get some nice paintings out of this and I enjoy using it.

I was looking for a strong paper to craft with and this seems so be the perfect weight for my projects. The large package is definitely a great value. I also decided to try watercolor painting and this paper is great. It dried flat when I left it taped down until dry

When the kids want to paint with Mama, I pull this paper out instead of letting them use my pricey ( $1.60 per sheet) Arches paper. This paper is less than $0.20 a sheet. Honestly, I wouldn’t use this paper myself but the kids do enjoy it. It’s on the thinner side at 90lbs but it’s much better for watercolor than regular drawing paper.

I got this paper for projects with my niece and nephew. It's good quality paper.

I got this for my 3 year old who is quite the budding artist. It's a great paper for kids' watercolor as it doesn't rip or buckle even with the kind of enthusiastic painting that a 3 year old will do. It's got a wonderful tooth which gives the paper a very artsy texture. After my daughter is finished with a piece, I let the artwork dry and then mist it lightly with a fine spray of water from a spray bottle and iron the paper on a low setting. This makes the paper smooth again (though it retains that artsy texture) and I can frame the painting. I've done so already and her paintings look great framed! The only other watercolor paper I've used is the Target brand. I prefer this brand over the Target brand in terms of quality. Price is comparable I think if you include the shipping costs from the one vendor on Amazon that sells this paper. It's just a thicker, more durable feeling paper that makes your artwork look awesome! I'm going to stock up so that I can keep a ready supply for my little artist. Definitely recommend this paper!

Used for placenta prints, worked perfect

I bought this as part of a Christmas gift for a friend who likes to paint. This watercolor paper pad is a great value due to the amount of pages that are in the pad, as well as the thickness of the paper. And you don't just have to limit yourself to watercolors, as ive used this very same paper with acrylics and pastels as well!
