A: The tray bottom dimensions are 3 1/2 x 7 3/4 inches

**Q: I only want to use two trays in my lab. Can this tray be used elsewhere?**
A: Depends on what else you want to use it for, however, they can be autoclaved and are reusable.

**Q: How do you remove the green plastic film on the trays?**
A: I left that thin cover on. I just looked and noticed that it is peeling off very slightly by itself. So I would guess that it would come off easily if the tray would be immersed in hot water. I liked that it was there because it indicated that they were not used and returned. Also, they prevented scratches, etc. while being shipped.

**Q: Can these be sterilized in an autoclave?**
A: Yes they can be.
