Know your size!!
These are similar to what I was issued in the military when I was in. Comfortable to wear, utilitarian, well put together, etc. I like these shirts for camping and hiking. I bought the XL size because, based on the size chart and feedback, it should be close to my wearable size (in the military the supply people were the ones who handled all that, frankly). Anyway, it fits well enough (I'm about 45 or 46" chest), but it's really big around the neck and the sleeves are kinda big. Around the chest it fits comfortably, however. So that's something to take under advisement. I bought another one in the Large-Regular size, so I think that one will be the sweet spot for me.**UPDATE** The large size is nearly perfect for my size. So if you're around 5'9"-5'10" and 180-200lbs with a 45" or 46" chest...you want a LARGE. XL is fine, but much more loose. These shirts are supposed to be somewhat form fitting and shouldn't be excessively baggy.

Pattern looks off
Bottomline: Fits good. I ordered ATACS AU/Sand. I received something along the lines of FG since the color pattern is more green against my propper ATACS AU.I'm 5'8 165# - Ordered Medium RegularThe sleeves are a bit long but works; the shirt barely makes it below waist level which is sufficient. Used during Arizona heat wave during the past month and felt comfortable.

TruSpec is my new clothing brand for Airsoft!!
I researched till my head was about to explode, trying to find the right multicamo out fit. Worried about ordering something with out trying it on first. I work with some military buddies of mine that recommended TruSpec so I decided to try this.I can say after using the pants and shirt for 5-6 weekends of 5-6 hour airsoft games, I love these! So far no signs of any type of wear and tear and no fading at all. I play at a local airsoft field that puts a uniform to its test. Running, crawling, sliding, climbing, through mud, thorns, weeds and in the woods. I cant say enough about how happy I am with my purchase or TruSpec shirt and pants.

Impressed
I'm not in the armed services, never have been. I use shirts like these when I ruck out in the desert to shoot long range. Combat shirts like these are handy because they can handle abuse, and the range of motion is great when you're packing and laying prone shooting. The fit on this pretty close to what it says on the label. I'm 6' 4" with long arms, and this fit wonderfully. The arms are large, though I think all combat shirts share that feature. The chest and torso part is stretchy, which is handy for guys who are rucking packs. The torso area also breathes well and wicks moisture away. For guys like me, this shirt is a good buy. Not sure how it would hold up in severe tactical situations, and I doubt if I'll ever find that out, but for what I do, it works just fine.

Excellent quality
As expected the tru-spec combat shirt is exceptional. Wish I had these when I was in the Marines. Fit is perfect and the stitching is spot on. These shirts I'm sure will last for several years.

TACTICAL RESPONSE UNIFORM (TRU) 1/4-ZIP COMBAT SHIRT 50/50 Nylon/Cotton Rip-Stop, Size Medium.
I purchased both a black and a multicam shirt. These items appear well finished. The pattern and colour of the multicam item is consistent with other multicam clothing items I own. The size medium is also consistent with the standard medium sizing of other similar products. The material is relatively soft and comfortable to wear. I expect it will be even more comfortable after a couple of washes. As pointed out by others who have reviewed this product it is very lightweight and the material on the body is very thin. While some may consider this detracts from the product I consider it an advantage as it makes it ideal for wear in the warmer environment. The sleeves have ample length and width. In regard to the criticism of the thickness of the elbow pads the elbows are fitted with pockets to enable the insertion of foam elbow pads. I can find no indication on the item or labelling as to the country of manufacture. I’m looking forward to field testing these items in the warmer months.

I bought this for hiking and outdoor terrain like things. Good quality on the sleeves
Well where do I start? I guess I'll just start. I bought this for hiking and outdoor terrain like things. Good quality on the sleeves. Pretty tough material but it's surprisingly comfortable. The torso piece is very thin and very breathable, so it's good for hot weather. I am still wondering if it will hold up since it's so thin and breathable but time will tell. My favorite part is the sleeves because of the material (as mentioned before), and because the velcro is very strong. Great pockets for all sorts of things. I will say that if you are a bit on the heavy side it might not look all that great but to each his/her own. Otherwise go for it, buy it one size down, and just wear the sh*t out of this thing because it's a great piece of clothing.

Poor pocket positioning in my opinion
Let me say, this shirt is of great quality so it seems. However... for the price paid ($67ish), I feel like I should have gotten a better product. I'll make this a quick and rather friendly pro's and con's list...First, however... I'm 5' 10 and 185 lbs. Average build. 15.5 neck, 40 chest, and 34 waist.+Love the material in both the body and sleeves+very happy with the 1/4 zip+sleeves are of sufficient length, even with arms extended they cover.+ I'll list the pen pockets as a plus even though I'm left handed and have no use for them...- the body is short, in my opinion... given the stretch and softness of the body material, it could easily be another two inches and not affect wear. I don't feel comfortable with the length staying tucked- the slanted--keyword SLANTED--pockets on the sleeves are overly stiff for the positioning, I really don't care for them so much so I contemplated removing them if I knew I wouldn't destroy the shirt. I don't remember ACU sleeves giving me such a fit with the pockets... Seriously, I don't like them.Only those two cons don't seem like much until you're wearing it and immediately notice both issues. Since I paid >60 bucks for it, I'll continue using it, but on the same hand, paying $60 should warrant a product that pleases, especially in a SHIRT.
