Tasty and fantastic high quality fuel!
Amazing cereal. Due to medication, I have to eat enough protein and fiber etc for breakfast or I get nauseous and sick, it is horrible. This keeps me full till 12-1pm and no nausea! I'm losing weight too and love the taste! Note, serving size is only 2 TB, don't eat more, esp when first starting to add to your diet.

Holy Crap - this is expensive!
Tastes fine, but a lot cheaper to sprinkle some chia seeds in your regular oatmeal.

The perfect breakfast
This is the perfect breakfast cereal. I've been trying to get myself to eat breakfast and this cereal makes it enjoyable. Gives me a nice boost of energy and a good "full" feeling not the gross kind of full. Will be ordering again.

Funny name - great taste
I adore this product mixed with Almond Milk and warmed in the nuke-u-wave. I stir, set to BEVERAGE, and by the time I have put everything away, my bowl is ready. It is filling, smells of cinnamon and tastes good.

Oh crap... it contains sugar!
I should have read the ingredients more carefully. The cranberries are infused with sugar, instead of organic apple juice. Not for me, I'm afraid.

I was surprised at how good this was. The only negative was getting the right ratio of water for the consistency I like, but that's nitpicky. Delicious, filling, and great for morning energy. Enjoy!

This exceeded my expectations. I figured this would taste good but it is absolutely amazing ! Full of flavour and filling . I do wish it was cheaper but it is organic and tastes like quality so the price is understandable. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a healthy great tasting breakfast oatmeal porridge .
