I normally wear Large t-shirts (US typical sizing), but this XL fits correctly. My arms a little shorter (eg I get jackets as 40 Short), and the cuff on the top is exactly at my wrist; so "normal" people might find the sleeves a little short. My inseam is short, so I think people with regular inseams will find the pant length appropriate. I'm a 5'9" 180 pound male, and this XL is the correct fit (though I'll likely hem the pants by an inch).
