I recently switched my small breed dog to Canidae PURE Petite Limited Ingredient Premium Small Breed Adult Dry Dog Food, Lamb Recipe and have been extremely satisfied with the results.Both my dogs are prone to food allergies and sensitivities, so finding a high-quality, limited ingredient food was a priority. Canidae PURE fits the bill perfectly, with a short list of whole ingredients and no fillers or artificial additives.Since switching to this food, both my dogs' coat have become softer and shinier, and they have more energy and a healthier weight. They also seems to enjoy the taste, as they eagerly finish every meal.In addition to the great nutrition, I appreciate that Canidae is made with high-quality, ethically sourced ingredients and produced in the USA. My favorite part is the small kibble size is also perfect for my small breed dogs' smaller mouth and teeth.Overall, I am extremely happy with my decision to switch to Canidae and will continue to feed it to my dog in the future.

seriously, my dog loves this. i was looking for a high quality food for my shih tzu as he seems to have a sensitivity to a lot of foods on the market. he loves this and seems to be doing great on it. so glad i found this.

I've tried dozens of dog foods: dry, wet, moist, fresh, canned, raw, etcThis one sounded and looked great. My 2 little dogs won't eat it. Not the fault of the company. They will only eat one kind of treat and no food at all!!!!!!!

My 6 year old pomeranian had bad eye problems and we had him on Zesty Paws Vision bites but, they were expensive and he didn't like the taste. I ran out of those and his eyes got cloudy again but right after that we switched to this food (grain free, lamb) and I was so surprised to see his it made his eyes super bright and clear, and improved his vision even better than the the supplements did!The other unexpected bonus is that his coat is SO full and soft and he rarely gets a mat now (before he got big ones all the time and I had to battle them daily).This food clearly has excellent levels of vitamins and nutrients. It's a little pricey but worth it, especially considering the big bag of this costs less than the $45 eye supplement I was giving for his eyes.

Unfortunately , my dogs ( two Frenchies 25 lb and 26 lb) kept choking on the kibble which is too small for them . It is made for a small dog ; however , there is a picture of a French Bulldog on the back. I thought feeding this to my dogs would be appropriate . They would get it stuck in their sinuses and would sneeze it out . Get it stuck in their esophagus and they would throw it up right away. After a bit of this, they refused to eat it amd I didn’t blame them ! Should only be used and marketed for VERY small dogs ie minis !!

I have a 5 year old Chihuahua who is SUPER picky when it comes to dry food, usually won't even touch it. The second I put this in her bowl, she chowed down on it and has continued to eat it. If you have a picky eater, I'd definitely give this a try!

Miracle food. Our pomeranian is the pickiest eater especially after having teeth and jaw issues where he went from baby Gerber food back to wet than dry food over the past few yrs of recovery. Finally, a food he will eat! Expensive? Yes! But these are the tiniest little crunches I've found and our dog LOVES the freeze dried quality of lamb. So so happy he's eating these both mixed with wet food and alone. His digestion has been better through and through and we will be buying again. Highly recommend!
