Returned after reading more information of the side effects. I have most of the side effects and don't need to add to them.

Works great for me with no side effects
After 5 days using loading dose (6 capsules) my joints started feeling better. I continued loading dose for 2 more days then back to regular dose (3 capsules). My joints have not felt this good in years.
