Perfect Training Aid: Efficient and Comfortable Contour Swim Paddles!
I recently purchased the Contour Swim Paddles and have been extremely pleased with their performance. These paddles are a fantastic addition to my swim training routine, providing excellent resistance and improving my stroke technique. One important tip for potential buyers: make sure the paddle size is a little larger than your hand. This ensures you get the optimal performance and training benefits. The adjustable straps are very convenient, allowing for a secure and comfortable fit during long swim sessions. The paddles are well-made, durable, and have a sleek design that cuts through the water efficiently. Both men and women will find these paddles to be a great training aid, helping to build strength and enhance swimming skills. Overall, I highly recommend these Contour Swim Paddles for anyone looking to elevate their swim workouts. They offer great value and have significantly improved my performance in the pool!

These are very good for beginning (or experienced) lap swimmers who want to work on their shoulders
I have narrow hands with long slender fingers and these fit really well. The space for the thumb could be 1/4th of an inch wider, but it's not really a big deal at all. The middle finger strap is kind of snug - I can't imagine anyone with thick/fat fingers dealing well with this, but for me it's perfect. The two side straps fit well, once you get them adjusted. These are good for beginners because they aren't huge - they have just the right surface area without being too small and they really make you aware of when your stoke/pull is off. Be warned - if you've never used hand fins and go nuts with them on your first day (I didn't, thankfully) you're shoulders are going to ache. I definitely felt it, both when swimming and the hours after. I now totally understand why these are one of the top selling hand fins - they're inexpensive, well made, easy to use, and not too big and not too small...but just right.

A great way to boost your swim workout!
I had seen people at the pool with something similar and decided to try them since they're so cheap. They absolutely bump your swim workout another notch! They add just a little bit of resistance, but that adds up over awhile. I usually swim 40 laps in a 25 yard pool. I counted each arm doing 12 strokes per length; that little bit of extra resistance over 480 strokes is definitely noticeable! I would recommend starting with using them for only half of a workout for a week, then 3/4s for another week, and then work up to full. Don't push yourself any harder than normal. I actually noticed my time went down by about 90 seconds because I was going a little slower. The second thing these things do is force you to have good form. If you don't raise your arms up high enough, they'll catch the water. It's actually kind of jarring and could lead to a shoulder tweaking if you do it too many times; if you notice your form getting worse as your get fatigued and you're catching them on the surface, stop and take them off. They also force you to have a nice entry angle, or they'll smack the surface of the water. And finally, they force your stroke to come back straight instead of across. They're kind of adjustable- you just pull on the strap. They should be tight enough to not allow any gap (or they'll catch the water) but not so tight that they hurt. The middle finger holder is not adjustable and hurts a bit on my right hand but not on my left; I haven't figured out why.

Game changer for swim workouts!
These hand paddles are perfect for my swim workouts! They might feel a little weird at first since they change how your hands interact with the water, but once you get used to them, they fit comfortably, feel sturdy, and really help improve stroke technique and strength. A must-have for any serious swimmer!

Works in ocean well
Great workout handles. Helps build muscle when swimming. I wear fins as well, and it’s a total body workout in the ocean.

Top quality hand paddles
Love these. Like the fit, the feel and style. Used as soon as the order came in for lap swimming. Felt comfortable and gave me the sense of power and control with each stroke. Imo, these are made to last and will fit multiple sizes.

Loose attachment
I think it would have worked better with laces. This one is loose.
