Printer refused to recognize Color cartridge, returned for equal replacement, this time printer won't recognize either cartridge! Returned again and got different brand and it worked first try.

Needs ink light stays on way, which is normal according to them, but the ink fades in and out,. And the color sometimes will print all on color for a few print jobs then bleed out to normal colors. I've used remanufactured ink companies before, and I haven't had the problems that I have had with this companies product. I will say though if you are'nt satisfied they do fix the problem. Its just the inconvienience of it all.

Easy as can be and the print quality is the same as the high priced cartridges

Color ink came out green on photo. Tried it about four times and black ra out after about 20 coupons and 10 documents. Will not ever order from you again if not made whole. First time that I’ve had this trouble. Very aggravating. Thank you, George

I bought this recently and it was delivered on the 18th and now the cartridges are already recently and it was delivered on the 18th and now the cartridges are already empty😡😡😡😡

Black cartridge doesn't work. And because I didn't need it right away, it's now too late to return it. Waiting for a reply from the seller. Rating can change depending on the reply from the seller.

The color cartridge came slightly dried out. I have run nozzle cleaning and no change. It's spotty and uneven when printing color. The black is fine.
