Damaged product

I returned this product because it had a number of areas of damaged reed. very poor quality control I suggest? I bought the same product from a local florist in totally undamaged state. This was part of a wedding present and could not be sub-standard!

NO flowers included. Misleading picture.

Very misleading, when picture shows decorated heart. Plain heart so now I have to spend more to decorate it. Plain heart should have a plain heart picture.
