I have always been sceptical of these bangles thinking it was mind over matter. I have osteo and rheumatoid arthritis in both hands and can do very little normal things you do with you hands, even pikcing up a glass. My bracelet arrived yesterday afternoon and by the evening my pain had reduced to almost nothing when testing. The true test was this morning when I literally can't do anything. The pain is a 10 in the mornings. I'd go as far as to say my left hand was a 2 this morning and my right reduced to an 8. I've now ordered my second one for the right wrist. This one is sturdy but because it's a twist pattern it's not too hard to tighten and loosen accordingly. It's an attractive design and I'm getting used to wearing something 24/7. Long may it's success continue!

I bought this bracelet not really expecting anything but I'm amazed! I have had terrible pain in my neck and shoulder for years after an injury and my job is very physical so the pain was getting worse. I've been to the chiropractor and have been getting regular shiatsu massages which have helped a little but in between visits the pain always returns. Some mornings I can barely move as my shoulder seizes up. I have worn this bracelet for 2 days and the pain reduction in my neck and shoulder is nothing short of amazing. It's improved more in 2 days than I thought possible, I'm actually in a bit of disbelief as I don't know how this can work as well as it does. I don't care if it's a placebo effect or witchcraft, I will never be without this bracelet again. I'm so impressed I've just bought another for my mum. I felt I had to write a review in case anyone else was on the fence about purchasing this item. Definitely get one to try. It's helped reduce my pain remarkably in 2 days so I can only see it getting even better with regular wear. I feel like I'm sleeping better too. Best money I've spent in a long time! Thank you 😊

I bought this to help me sleep but alas it didn’t work. I’ts a lovely looking bracelet, It’s well made and quite sturdy, you can mould it to the shape of your wrist and then ever so slightly pull it apart a bit to take it off, although I only have small wrists so i can just slip it on and off. Comes in a nice black velvet pouch. It’s good quality but it didn’t help with my sleep, oh well.

As I only have very small wrists perfect for me fits ok. Nice colour and works for me. Would recommend but not for a large wrist.

Bracelet does help with pain, however, 9 of the magnets have fallen out. Can you send out a replacement?

The product was brought for arthritis. I loved the look of the cooper bracelet. When it arrives it looked just as good as the picture. In life it is quite rear that you find a product that looks good and also does the job it says, but this one does. I would say that the pain has improved greatly and I wish I had brought it earlier.

I was a bit sceptical but someone recommended this to help with arthritis in the fingers. I have worn mine for about two weeks now and actually I would say there are two distinct benefits. Firstly the inflammation has reduced noticeably. Secondly the pain is reduced by about 80% I would say. I shaped the bangle to fit my wrist closely ( not overly tight). It has not turned my skin under the bangle green yet.So I would really recommend trying one of these if you have arthritis in your hands.

The bracelet is fine, and fits ok, but it is not 100% copper - just copper plated.It is heavy, one indication it is not copper, not very pliable (another indication), but the indisputable proof is that you can clearly see where the copper plating has flaked away on the underside and from the edges (photo attached).I am aware that copper does darken with wear, especially on the underside after lengthy contact with the skin - previous bracelets have made my wrist green - but if genuine copper, they clean fairly easily and remain copper coloured! Turning your wrist green in the first place is also a good indicator.Does copper + magnets = pain reduction (arthritis, etc)? Well, when wearing these bracelets I have noticed a reduction in pain, especially in the past. As my body has grown older, maybe not so much, but I don't expect miracles! The reduction in pain may simply be my mind playing tricks on me, but who cares if pain is reduced.So, as a cheap (ish) bracelet that looks good and wears well for few months, as far as it goes, this bracelet if fine. However, if you are buying this bracelet for the (potential) medical benefits of copper + magnets, I would advise you to look elsewhere, because this one is definitely not copper. I have had pure copper bracelets before and have recently bought another one from a shop in Whitby during a day visit there. The new bracelet, like previous ones, is much lighter and far more pliable.
