I had a problem with my ZT15,lt was a lovely attractive looking scooter ,and comfortable . I contacted the company whom only operate from 0900hr -1500hrs. I explained my issue. After carefull consideration l askedif l could choose a different model.This was not normal practice and had to be approved as further payment would be required. It was approved and l chose a red veleco Gravis and opted to pay the difference. It took a couple of weeks and a few phone calls but l must be honest,l think l may have been a little impatient ,but the technical support team ,listened to my request and were most helpfull in ensuring that l got my issue sorted. I have today recieved my new scooter and l am thrilled with my purchase .l can honestly say that veleco technical support sorted my issue ,thankyou Michel and team

I WAS GOING TO SEND THE MOBILITY SCOOTER BACK, THANK GOD ( OR WHO EVER IS UP THERE ), I NEVER. FANTASTIC SCOOTER AND SERVICE. NOW A CAN GET TO THE SHOPS WITHOUT WALKING, I USED TO STOP HALF WAY BECAUSE MY BACK HURT SO MUCH. NOT ANY MORE, THERE AND BACK IN 15 MINUTES, INSTEAD OF 45 MINUTES!!!!!!!!!!!!. HELEN KNAPP

This 3 wheeler tipped over with me on it after going up a curb 3 ppl had to get this off me and no am suffering major back pain and hip and seller is no help at all!! Don't buy! Look good but arnt

I Lo scooter è veramente bello. Affidabile, comandi intuitivi e carrozzeria solida. Ottimo per la città, è maneggevole e per chi, come me, ha problemi di deambulazione è la chiave per riottenere una autonomia. La consegna è stata facile e lo scooter è arrivato completamente assemblato e pronto all'uso. Gradito il diverte pacco omaggio con tazza da caffè e penna Veleco. Acquisto consigliatissimo. Marino

Große Ausflüge sind nicht möglich.Die Reichweite ist begrenzt. 30-35 Km pro Ladezyklus. Trotzdem dem bin ich begeistert. Fährt ca. 30 kmh, also eine fliegende Einkaufstasche

Très bon achat

Ich musste ein Auto kaufen, weil ich mir das Bein gebrochen hatte. Während ich auf dieses Auto wartete, war ich einfach ruhig. Aber als ich diese Schönheit sah, war ich einfach nur begeistert. Schön, kompakt, einfach zu bedienen, Geschwindigkeitswahl, 2 Kofferräume, von denen einer gesperrt ist. Und der letzte Bonus ist der Alarm. Ich bin begeistert. Der Fahrer war sehr ausführlich und zeigte, wofür besonderen Dank. Ich kann diesen Kauf nur empfehlen.

Mi era piaciuto subito appena l'ho visto, Serve per un nostro parente anziano con difficoltà motorie. Lo scooter è arrivato oggi (con un giorno di anticipo!) consegnato a mio marito da una persona GENTILISSIMA!! Visto dal vero è esattamente come nella foto (quindi veramente bello!!), consegnato già assemblato,con istruzioni in Italiano. Il venditore nel frattempo mi aveva già scritto un paio di volte, molto gentilmente, quindi non posso che consigliarlo. Ovvio che ora speriamo solo che l'interessato che deve usarlo riesca bene a farlo. Comunque, concludendo, è' così bello ...che a tutti noi viene voglia di utilizzarlo!!!! Oggi, cioè un giorno dopo la consegna, mio suocero novantenne già lo sta usando e sta sfrecciando per vialetti e strade. Anche noi siamo felici veramente di aver risolto un problema importante con un articolo che rasenta la perfezione!
