Plastic hook lock thing arrived broken on one side. Too lazy to return.

We bought this for our 6 year old who couldn't get on and off of the trampoline herself. It works exactly as intended, is good quality and sturdy, and I love the option of just flipping it up when you aren't using it. Worth every penny!

This is a lifesaver for the kids getting on & off the trampoline with sturdy safe support and adults too! So glad I bought this!! It was simple to put together and holds up perfectly for all sizes and weight! Love that it has the safety latch also to stay securely put in place. Definitely worth buying! I think the price is excellent for what you get, would recommended purchasing to anyone I know or anyone reading this you will not be disappointed!

Perfect for kids, very sturdy with wide steps, and it locks to trampoline frame. Easily slides out of way for mowing.

Small issue came with a broken plastic piece, that really isn't needed so I decided not to send back and just move forward, easy to assemble, but use your own screwdriver as the provided tool just makes it more difficult. Perfect for our needs.
