I love these knives. They stay sharp and are comfortable in the hand. I purchased this set to replace the lost paring knife from my previous set and I am sure they will last just as long. They are dishwasher safe. Great value since they last forever.

These aren’t as sharp as I expected. But they’re sharp enough to get the job done . The price was great. I love that they’re can be sharpened. So I can make them as sharp as I want . These will get a lot of use . Easy to hold . The plastic handle means no mildew growing in the handle . The company seems to have a good lifetime warranty and they’re easy to register for the warranty . I’m glad I got them . I’m using them to cut succulents at the moment. Got tired of crushing my plants with other cutters . Thank you 😊

Practical, well made daily paring knives

Oustanding knives. This Henckel paring knife set can be found in many a chef's knife kit. They are thin, light, and scapel sharp. I've owned my professional forged and insanely expensive Wustoff knife set for over two decades. These German steel beauties are the iconic brand everyone is supposed to want. However, when using another chef's Henckel paring knife, I was amazed at the sharpness and precision offered by this nimble little knife. So, why use a heavy forged tractor for small work when a Ferrari gets the job done faster and easier? These Henckel paring knives make me smile every time I use them. This very affordable paring knife set is highly recommended for the home cook as well as for professional chefs.

I don’t collect paring knives (that’d be weird, even for me), but I do have a bunch of them. I like being able to grab a clean knife and not having to wash knifes as I switch ingredients. I picked up this set primarily because of the Henckels name. I’m not impressed with it. The knives are sharp enough, but they’re extremely lightweight and just don’t lie in my hand right. They’re good enough that I wouldn’t send back, but I don’t recommend them either.

I had this set many years ago, and eventually lost track of them over the years and several moves. I know that the curved on broke long ago when I tried to use the tip to pry something. Don't do that. These seem to be of comparable quality for the set I used to have. They're sharp, and when I sharpen them, they maintain that nice edge. A good price for a good set of paring knives from a reputable manufacturer. Recommended.

Love this knife set! Have had a set for over 20 years and only replaced them as my dog chewed the handles and they were uncomfortable after that. I find them to be the best for cutting fruits, especially apples, as the blades are sharp and thing. Some of my other knives more like crack the apple apart instead of cutting. Also love the Henkel quality and reliability.
