Amazing product 👌
100% original product. Had to replace my earlier seat since one of the hinges got broken. I searched for that replacement hinge in the local market but no one had even an idea of Kohler WC seat hinge. Sadly, the same wasn't even available online. So, just for a broken hinge, I had to purchase the entire seat unit. This one looked exactly 💯 same as my earlier seat, and so I was quite relievedbecause I knew it was going to be very difficult to get a seat which had unconventional shape like mine. It was very easy to install, has superb build quality and the dampers work very well. I had Kohler WC, so I was keen to go for only a Kohler replacement seat, and I'm so glad I got it on Amazon at a great deal.Way to go Amazon and Kohler!

If needed support you can schedule appointment with toll free number and technician in your area will call you. very nice service, support and product is as expected. on amazon, you are getting this in almost Rs 1000/1100 less than market value. very nice experience. recommended. thank you kohler. thank you amazon!

Original product & saves lot of hassle to fix it.
It's an original product. Our toilet seat one hinge got broken & you don't find that one piece in market. So in order to fix this you have to order complete set. But it has all screws & nuts required for fixing it.One more thing to make sure before ordering this, you know your model number or you have to take the measurement by tape first.Thank you Amazon for making my life easier.
