Installation was a easy gauge looked great and was very accurate when checked with my digital Laser thermometer. When installing this gauge make sure the gauge base sits flat on the grill lid and don't over tighten the nut, it just needs to be snugged tight. Sorry for the shaky time-laps video, wanted to show the gauge working thru the heat range......... ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Bought for a 250 gal smoker I'm building *by D***C on Reviewed in the United States on September 10, 2019* I bought 4 of these (might get a couple more) for a smoker I'm building out of a 250 gallon propane tank. The are large and easy to read. Since I don't have the smoker ready to go I took these out side (temp was 103 that day) and let them all sit for a minute to get up to temp. They start at 100 and I wanted to see if all the needles went to the same point. they did. I think they will be accurate. I'll probably get some more after I get further along in my construction. ### ⭐ stopped working in less than 6 months - very disappointed in the poor quality *by D***Y on Reviewed in the United States on January 3, 2020* This product was nice when I first got it and seemed fairly accurate. However, it is not sealed properly and moisture collected on the inside of the glass ( or plastic ) window while attached to my smoker. I even took it off the dome and kept it indoors when not in use but it still failed after just a few uses. I'd return it to Amazon, but the warranty is now expired and I'm just out of luck.
