Temporary Brow Color, Dark Brown, 3 Applications, Fast-Acting

Great eyebrow print that is easy to use and for me lasts over a 2 week period. I am so happy I found this product so I don’t have to use a brow mascara to use my partially gray eyebrows every day. Thank you Godefroy for this great product. It is way to apply and cleanup is easy.

Photos- top/bottom collage shows my brows pre tint and then when the activator was applied. The picture with my face shows the product after cleaned off- I double dyed and left the activator on too long. Last photo is of my brows 3.5 weeks later. had my brows microbladed to add volume and then I realized I also needed to keep up with tinting. I’ve tried a variety of products and found short term success… this product lasts nearly 4 weeks! Pro-Tip: don’t rely on the color you get after you wipe off the dye, but before you apply the activator. The activator intensifies the product to a whole new level. Also- when applying the dye it doesn’t have to be exact- but when you apply the activator it must be precise! Mine wasn’t perfect and they came out insanely dark and uneven lines. That only lasted for three days before the color was less extreme and the dye had come off my skin edges. I will absolutely be continuing with this product.

I have been using a different eyebrow dying product from the same company: “Godefroy TintKit” on my eyebrows for at least 15 years. It works fantastically. I thought this would be a good option to be able to take with my on work trips because they were pre mixed sealed applications. Big mistake. Unfortunately, this product from them: Instant Eyebrow Color is a complete waste of money and your valuable time. It takes the same amount of time to assemble (actually, it’s kind of a pain in the ass and messy, and it doesn’t work). I thought ”Great, this will save me some time and space in my suitcase”. Not only was it more expensive than the original product (you get less applications) but it did not make my eyebrows any darker( it almost feels like it made them redder) and did not even dye the super fine blond facial hair on my brows that are under your main eyebrows. I did it twice just to make sure, and it still had no effect. Maybe it will add a tiny bit of “reddish brown” color on your skin underneath your eyebrows(barely), but it does not take on your eyebrow hair. Yes, I followed the directions correctly and read the useless troubleshooting guide. I ended up following those two useless applications with one from my tried and true Godefroy Tint Kit and that as always, worked like a charm. So it took me 3 times as long as usual to tint my eyebrows this time and I wasted $14. Stick with the original.

I don't think I've ever written a review, but I'm so impressed, I feel like I should. I used this to tint my eyebrows and I'm really happy with it. It was very easy, did not take long at all, and it looks great. I have naturally strawberry blonde hair but my eyebrows are naturally kind of a dark ash blonde color. They get really sparse at the tails, so the whole back half doesn't really show up. I've found lots of different ways to fill them in and make them look better, but it takes a little while and if I get lazy and rush through it, they end up looking funny. I'm really surprised how well this kit dyed and darkened the tails of my brows where I needed the most help. The light brown color is perfect--not reddish at all, very neutral. Here's how I did it and it worked really well: First, I got everything set up, including getting out a makeup wipe, and setting my phone timer to 30 seconds. I used a safety pin to put a little hole in the top of one of the capsules and I was able to easily squeeze some powder into the little mixing bowl--I maybe used about a quarter of the powder in one capsule, then used tape to seal the hole and save it for later. Then I added a little bit of the developer and mixed it together with the handle of the included brush (which looks like a typical angled eyeliner or brow brush). I used just enough to make it slightly runnier than toothpaste. I used the brush to paint it onto one of my brows fairly thick and then started the timer. After 30 seconds, I wiped it off with the makeup wipe and repeated everything on the other brow. I did a couple more applications on the tail of one my brows (the left one is usually less cooperative than the right one) in 30 second intervals until I had nice evenly colored brows. This won't thicken your brows or tattoo your skin, but it does a great job of darkening the hairs you put it on. I had no issues with dying my skin, maybe because I was fairly precise and I didn't leave it on long anyway. Well, that's it. I don't know how long it will last, but it's so easy, I would have no problem doing it every week if I had to, and it will take me forever to run out. I'll probably still use brow gel and stuff but it'll be so much easier to see the shape of my brows and I'll use way less product and spend less time on it for sure. I'm definitely super happy with this kit!

This is a really nice little kit, much less hassle than others I've used. The little card, the way you don't have to mix them, the fast processing time, it's really easy and so fast. Dark brown looks good so far, not too brassy or too cool - it's a few shades darker than my hair, which is perfect. It absolutely does color the skin underneath (at least at first, it wears off), so be careful to wipe up smudges immediately and be aware you might be rocking 2016 brows for a little bit!

It kinda burned my brows even though I did the allergy test, and it’s not as dark as I expected. It tints okay but the application was kinda patchy and not super even with the applicator it came with. I’m gonna try an alternative next time I purchase a tint

I've only used it once, but I followed the directions and I got the results I wanted. I recommend this product. It is good for dying your eyebrows and/or adding pigment to the skin underneath, which is fantastic if you have missing or patchy brows. I am 48. I have patchy eyebrows that were lighter than my hair roots and have some greys showing up. I have microbladed brows that I love and maintain but the pigment fades. I was using a fantastic eyebrow tool to draw the hair lines back in (link below, super easy to use) and a brow "mascara" to darken the hair. After using this product I just draw in a few hairs (because my eyebrows are still patchy) and I'm done.
