Mil-Nil reached out to us on WhatsApp with assembly video, and was able to answer queries too.Mil-Nil should look to include washer along with Bolts and Nuts, also have the nuts tested before packaging. Some of the nuts are hard to screw though there are extra sets. Instead of paint coating, they could have gone for powder coating as the white paint seems to wear off during assembly.

I purchased mainly to store kids books. This is sitting in the hall and adds aesthetic value too. Excellent finishing, easy to assemble, sturdy enough.Package was nicely packed, delivered without single scratch, all parts like nuts and bolts are present. Seller responded in WhatsApp for few queries, showed interest to resolve.Before ordering online, I checked similar product in local market. Mostly local products are meant to use in industrial purposes. Also worried about the weight of the product while ordering online. How could one deliver such steel rack over courier!!! When it arrived, I know how it can be handled professionally.Overall nice buy.

The shelf was easy to assemble and the finishing was really perfect. The look and feel of the shelf is excellent. The toolbox that they provided with the parts helped a great deal in assembling the product with ease and the rubber fittings that they provided for the four legs of the shelf is much appreciated as it keeps the floor scratch free.

The packaging was very compact and good. The product is good but most of the nuts and bolts would not fit well. Had to replace almost the entire set of nut and bolts with a new set bought from a local hardware store.Overall a good buy but certainly would have been better if the nuts and bolts fit.
