I floss my teeth 3 times a day and have them cleaned 4 times a year. After 2 months of use, I went for a dental cleaning and my hygienist showed me that some of the plaque on my molars was actually black! I was mortified. She also told me that the charcoal products are too abrasive to use all the time. Also, I did not notice any whitening. Also took Amazon three weeks to deliver, which was a good thing, because I was still using actual toothpaste while I waited.
