First time the large suitcase was used one of the wheels broke off. Despite early contact with promise of replacement it has been several months now without reply or replacement. Only conclusion is that product is not fit for purpose and customer service is dreadful.

The suitcase itself looks nice and survived a trip from Glasgow to London by Parcelforce. However, it arrived with two dents on each side of the suitcase, and I couldn’t return them since I needed it urgently. Other than that it’s a great suitcase with great price.

Superb case worth every penny

Just finished packing this suitcase for my holiday tomorrow.the steps to hold the clothes in place is tight and the clothes are not moving anywhere.there is a separate side with zip.i have put sandals in there..its a great case.and well worth the money..plus it has the combination lock on it.

It arrived with no dents. I liked that it had masses of room. The inside zip broke after one use. Although The suitcase is very light, and seemed flimsy, it survived its first transatlantic flight with flying colours because it was packed full 28kg and didn’t break. I didn’t use the combination lock because of one review. Used a padlock instead.

Beautiful suitcase. Half the price of the equivalent that I looked at in the shops. Bought a cream one as well.
