I have purchased this item on End of Jan 2020, After watching some of the best reviews done on YouTube videos and I was convinced to buy the new pair of earbuds so let’s me share my experience after using the earbudsPROS : BEST Built quality, Really Comfortable and right fit with dat extra Bigger loop, Now let’s talk about the Sound Quality which really the best compare to any premium brands, Sound bass is crystal clear, I got addicted to my new earbuds aukey t10 for almost 45days of usage. Sadly I have to return the earbuds for full refund in the month March 2020Cons :- Now I m writing the cons about the earbuds for returning my earbuds, I had some drop call and connections issue which was bearable may be due to network issue, But Product failed for me when I have contacted there customer support for my left earbud which was not charging properly and one fine day it stopped working completely, I don’t why I was really disappointed No After Sale Service, No Replacement, No Customer Service, hence after having brief discussion with Amazon Rep I have to send the item back for full refund, So here is my honest review for the product, Hence I can’t recommend it to anyone.

Update after a month of use of this product.... These earbuds are rated to IPX5 standards, which means they are supposed to be sweatproof. However, after a 10k run this week, the left ear bud detached and I had to have it surcically removed. Consequently, there was sweat ingress & the earpiece is now defective. It does not connect to my device anymore, and the earpieces do not communicate with eachother. (The correct size buds have been used for a whole month with no issue. This has only recently occured). The material weakens and my item is definitely not IPX5 standard. Sweat should not be damaging these for the price and spec. Amazon customers.service.have been helpful but a troubleshoot excersise hasn't worked unfortunately. I am now awaiting a response from Aukey, directly.

I am thrilled with these headphones. I work in a job where you cannot have any device with a camera on your desk e.g. tablet or phone, so I connect my device to these headphones and store it with my belongings in a locker outside my office. Then I can listen to music and audiobooks when I work no problem. I've found these Aukey headphones to be much better than Apple air pods in my personal opinion - you get amazing battery life and the container the headphones come in provides c.8hrs of additional charge. They have AWESOME range and I can walk from one end of the office to the other without losing quality or connection. They fit well and come with three different size silicon earbuds so you can adjust the fit and size. They don't fall out, even when briskly walking down the street. I would highly, highly recommend.

These are some great earbuds for the price but they just don't tick all the boxes.The sound is good, but not amazing and is all dependent on how they sit in your ears.They can become extremely uncomfortable after a short duration of time too, even after trying numerous ear buds and tips.I had some ongoing connection issues with the left ear bud where i would have to keep putting it back into the charge case then straight out again just to connect to my phone which is a pain when you're out on a run!Battery life is amazing so i cant fault that one bit.I would recommend these but i personally think you can get a better set of buds for the price especially at £80!The touch controls can be a bit awkward especially when running, you kind of have to place your thumb on the bottom of the bud just to stabilise it in order to touch it but it doesn't always work.I tried contacting Aukey direct on their website but it didn't matter how many times i tried, it kept giving me a "encryption error" when submitting the form so i never actually got any support, hence why i have had to return these in the end which is a shame because they are really stylish, well build ear buds and the case is really decent.It's just a real shame i didnt receive the assistance i needed when i need it.

It’s a disappointment. I might be expecting too much from £79.99 wireless earbuds, but for the same price, competitors have got better alternatives. The earbuds are designed amazingly well, however, that’s about it. The buds come in good looking packaging and the actual charging case is nice as well, although, I’m not sure whether my case lid is loose or If it’s designed to be like that. The earbuds look very sleek when in your ears. But that’s not the main purpose of earbuds, when it comes to sound quality, THESE EARBUDS ARE THE WORST ONES. Listening to music and podcast during my daily commute, I have tried many different earbuds, with my last ones being the BeatsX.I checked a lot of reviews on these earbuds before buying it and most of them recommended these earbuds, I would STRONGLY RECOMMEND NOT TO BUY THESE.Cons- The sound produced by the earbuds is very ‘Little’. It’s not loud at all, my Beats X at 40% volume produces the same sounds as the Aukeys at 85%- Bass is almost non existent, these earbuds have got minimal bass- When watching videos on YouTube, Netflix etc. The audio is not in sync with the video.- As many other customers have mentioned, touch sensitivity is very unresponsive.Pros- Even though noice cancellation is not mentioned anywhere, the earbuds are quite good at cancelling out noise.- I got these delivered 2 days ago, but I already travelled with it. Battery life seems okay at the beginning, keeps charge for long, however, after staying on 100% for a short while, it starts to drain.- The case is designed so well, it’s very easy to carry, as mentioned before, not sure if the case lid should be loose/very easy to open, but yes it is.- It’s one of the best looking earbuds in and off your ears (My opinion)There are many point that Aukey needs to improve. Although it’s one of the better looking earbuds, in terms of sound it’s very very poor, for this price there are so many better alternatives.
