I had been looking for a large piece of art work for a bare wall in my living room for about two years now. I finally landed on an art piece and had been noticing items all over the place, but nothing really fit the bill just right. As I was perusing Amazon one day I happened across some large art work and then noticed this one. I was hesitant at first...was it the right size?, what it going to look like the photo?, was it going to be cheap looking?, what it going to look like a photo stretched on a canvas?. All of my questions were put at ease the moment I pulled this piece from the packaging. Which, I much say, was my first concern because it was not specially packaged and could have easily been damaged in transit. Thank the Lord it was not. When I pulled the art out, I gasped. The texture from the paint is on the painting! The colors ARE indeed even better and more vivid than the photo on Amazon does it justice. My husband and I were unable to use the hanging tools that came with the picture, as we have plaster walls and it would have just crumbled and destroyed the walls. That is the only negative I have with what was sent and it has nothing to do with the seller. Great piece of art work and great price for what you get. Very detailed and vivid. Love it.

This painting is very nice. The colors are true to the photo you see and the little pebbles added and the texture on it gives it a nice touch. When ordering paintings online, you never know how it will actually look when you see it in person. This one is better than I expected. Very nice. Wish there were a similar one (coastal & style) from this company with texture like this one has because I need a second painting for my room.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I chose this large canvas as it went well with my color theme and decor. I didn't want too much of a beach theme and this was perfect! I also found a small one on Amazon that will go well to compliment this and put it on another wall.

As I was looking at this listing, I went back and forth between this item and another selection on the same page. One had birds with more detail. It didn’t register to me that this one has birds with shiny gold paint. The painting overall is nice and the trees are pretty, but the gold birds are not really my taste. The trees have a non shiny version of “gold” that I’d have preferred for the birds. I wish I’d taken the time to read the description more thoroughly before submitting my order. I would have ordered the painting with more detailed birds painted with regular paint. I’m debating on whether to send it back. On one hand, the gold is a matter of taste, and it is overall a very pretty painting. On the other hand, a streak and spots of shiny gold appear outside of the two middle birds. The gold is neatly on, not spotted around the remaining five birds. Since they are the only two places, they look like mistakes or sloppy drips rather than intentional accents.

Was bought for Mother in-law and she was very pleased with delivery and quality of the product.
