The company continues to harass and email me to write a better review!!!! They are relentless!!! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM EVER!!!! THEY WILL NOT LEAVE YOU ALONE!!! This pack is well made but very poorly designed. There is only ONE holder for a water bottle and this causes the pack to ride at an angle. The water bottle is only held in by a little strap on the bottom. I have tried a short hike with this pack 3 times and it just does not work - the water bottle fell out today and of course leaked on the ground and broke. For me to do that would defeat the purpose of having reviews in the first place. I’m downgrading the review to one star for this reason. Please stop spamming me. If and when the company has created a pack that carries the bottles as implied by the item description, I will update my review.The water bottle will slip and fall out, even with the strap tightened when you walk. My loved aluminum bottle died after the third time it fell. I wore the pack front and back and this didn’t help. The waist straps aren’t enough to hold the pack flat against your body so the weight of a full bottle of water tips the pack forward and wants to go sideways with the weight of the bottle. I have to try a walk with an 18 or 16 oz. bottle that is no taller than the pack to see if it works. Otherwise I’ll have to return it. It's very roomy, and even with the camera in place, I can still add things to the front pouch. And the bottle holder adjust to hold my bottle (28 oz) easily. It's more comfortable that most fanny packs I've worn, although the clasp bows out in a strange way, which keeps the belt from laying flat (though I might be able to adjust that -- I've only had it a week and worn it twice, so I'm still learning).
