I carry a Classic SD every day.
I honestly could not say it enough - buy the Classic SD. I have carried a Victorinox Classic on my keychain since high school and the knife has helped me time and time again with simple everyday tasks. Every Classic SD that I own oozes the quality that I have come to expect from Victorinox. The steel in the product is durable and reliable. The knife is small, yes, but is more than adequate for the average person's usage needs - opening boxes, cutting off fibers from clothes, getting that awful blister packaging off of kids' toys, etc. The scissors work aptly for getting a hangnail off or any plethora of uses. The nail file/screwdriver combo has come in handy numerous times for a variety of reasons. Also, the toothpick and tweezers are two items that I use incredibly often...very handy to always have on you. I often tell friends when I give them one that it is the ultimate knife to take on a date. The toothpick will help in obvious situations. The tweezers whenever you need to check your eyebrows (haha, I am serious). The scissors for those unsightly nosehairs you noticed when you got to her place (happens, but use EXTREME caution). The nail file for when she breaks a nail - she also may use the scissors too for nail issues...I know my girlfriend does. The knife for when you forgot to buy her a gift and you need to open it before getting to her house (you never know). Yeah, I list some of the more random reasons why this knife will be handy to you, but you will likely end up using it in some of these capacities while it rides in your pockets through life... at least until you lose it and have to get a new one. The good news is though, you have done a good deed when this happens, because just like a forgotten umbrella someone is always happy to find a Swiss Army Knife. Buy this knife and carry it everywhere. You won't regret it. Ever since my father gave me one years ago, I have never regretted having a Classic SD on me.

Perfect EDC Tool - On My Fourth One!
I've been a fan of the Victorinox Swiss Army Classic SD for years now, and I'm currently on my fourth one! That should tell you how much I love this little tool. I lost my first one, broke the screwdriver and wore out the scissors on the second. I had to throw away the third one when I approached a metal detector, but I didn't think twice about purchasing another. The quality is consistently high, and the small size makes it perfect for everyday carry. It easily fits in your pocket or on a keychain without being bulky. The functionality and durability are worth every penny. I'll continue to purchase this handy tool for as long as they make them!

Great little knife.
I love these knives. I’ve had one for years and carry one with me all the time. Probably use the scissors more than anything else.

Perfect low-profile utility keychain
I bought this because I wanted to carry something on me at all times that could be used for some sort of utility purpose, without making my keys unnecessarily heavy or bulky. This has served that purpose perfectly, and I've used every tool at least once, and each use has been a success. I'm very happy with this purchase and would strongly recommend. Pros: Small, and fits nicely on a keychain. I've noticed no change in the size or carry comfort of my keys since purchasing this. After several months of being in my pocket daily and with occasional use, there is no change in the condition of the keychain. The build quality is great. Knife is sharp and perfect for opening boxes and making small incisions in most materials. Scissors are surprisingly useful, and have been used to cut everything from loose threads to zip ties. It also works great for cutting nails (very carefully). Flathead, tweezers, and toothpick all work mostly as they should. Cons: My sole complaint is that the tweezers sometimes cut hairs rather than pull them. I feel like it's important to note that this keychain does require some finer motor skills to access some of the tools.

The original Swiss army
This is the second one of these knives I have bought. The first one I had was a red colored one, I chose the black this time. The reason I chose the black one was purely aesthetic. The reason I bought a second one though was because the first one which I still have I got 20 years ago. So durability wise, these things last forever. They're small and easy to put on the keychain and carry with you everywhere. Unlike like a full-sized one, it doesn't have all the tools, such as a bottle opener. However it's very functional for what it is. Great little knife, and a cool color!

Isn't it Adorable
Kinda like a new baby, this knife is small, shiny, and can't do much. Like other SAKs, this comes with the standard toothpick and tweezers, both of which are very functional and about as large as those on bigger knives. However, the remaining tools are somewhat small and, for me, lightweight. The knife blade is only 1-3/6 inches long and 3/16 inch high. Good for light duty cutting, but don't even think about using it to pry anything as the blade can be flexed by hand. Despite the small size of the knife body (about 2-3/8 inches), I had expected something a bit longer and sturdier for a knife blade. It did come nicely sharpened and cuts easily, but the small size will limit its use to paper, small cord or rope, and maybe cloth-like materials. The scissors are likewise quite small. The tips extend about 1-5/8 inches from the knife body, but the cutting edges are only 5/8 inch long. Good for cutting loose threads on a sweater or for coupon clipping, but not really serviceable beyond that. They do operate smoothly due to the small spring. The final tool, the combination nail file and screwdriver also is light duty. Like the scissors, the "blade" is 1-5/8 inches long. The screwdriver blade is flat but also works well on smaller Philips head screws and fingernails. Again, don't use this tool on rusty screws or for prying as it flexes a little (as does the attachment to the knife body). The knife also includes a split ring that can accept a paracord lanyard or small s-biner clip. Like all SAKs, this is otherwise well-made, and I expect it will be as durable and reliable as my several larger 40 year-old SAKs. Being small, it can be hidden on the body or in a backpack and would be difficult to find. It has less metal in it than your normal belt buckle or money clip. An EDC mantra is "two is one and one is none." I would never consider this SAK to be the first or second choice for any EDC kit due to the lack of some critical tools, but what tools it does have could serve as a decent "gentlemen's" knife where anything larger might be considered an actual weapon (such as some office environments). Better tools of a similar type would be the SAK Tinker (which is a little larger with more usable tools) or the Leatherman Style CS, which has everything that's on the Classic except the toothpick but in a larger more usable version (plus a carabiner clip/bottle opener). Both will run you 1-1/2 to 2 times the price of the Classic but would be a better choice while still maintaining a small form factor.

Always have one with me where ever I go.
This is the best little pocketknife for my keychain. I've gone through multiple of these Swiss Army Knives over the course of 40 years or so. They last a long time and most often I need a replacement when I forget to leave it at home when I'm flying. I especially like the screwdriver. This has helped me remove many tight screws and the knife keeps on working.

Scratches :(
Package came ok but there are scratches on the body of the pocket knife which is annoying. Gives me the sense it look used stock or really old stock

Billiger Abklatsch der früheren Qualität
Ich habe mir eines der Messer vor zwanzig Jahren gekauft. Das ist wertig. Das neue kommt mir wie eine billige Chinakopie vor. Für den Preis eine Frechheit
