Exceptional flavor profile
Love this complex flavor profile! Sesame oil adds a delicious and nutty flavor to a wide variety of dishes; the quality is easily noted in the organic content within. you get the fullness of the profile without compromise. I really enjoyed this as a black coffee amplifier to get me going in the morning. yes it requires a quick whisk for the oils to dissipate and blend. great packaging and nice seal on the bottle for freshness and contained quality for long term storage use. I often use this without heat, however, to be noted; no loss of quality under low to mild heating.

Ingredient as part of a dressing for a slaw salad. Very nice toasted flavor. Packaged nicely in a dark brown brown bottle as it should be in order to keep it fresh.
