Excellent Reference. Easy to read. Comprehensive. Beautiful.
Easy to read. Comprehensive, beautiful. Delightful read. Perhaps should expand clinical detail to ultimately (and instantly) evolve into 3 dense and colorful volumes. Worth every single penny...yet other healthcare professionals already know this !

Very poorly hyperlinked
I've purchased every edition of this publication for the past 20 years or so, and since they're big, heavy, and expensive books, I moved to the electronic version in 2016. The problem then and now is that the while references in the text are linked to the references section of the chapter, there is no corresponding link to return readers to text they left to see the reference. This means that readers are required to set a bookmark, then check the reference, then go to e-readers bookmarks option, find the appropriate bookmark and use that to return to the page (not the specific section of text). This is not typical for texts of any sort, and definitely not for publications that run about $300 in electronic format. Other than that, I have no real complaints with this set of books (which is probably obvious, since I keep purchasing each new edition. "Mandel" is considered the gold standard reference for infectious disease for a good reason.

Not a good bang for buck
Wanted to use product for studying for boards but unfortunately have only half the set. I have volume one which came with tattered cover and an electronic code that I scratched off to reveal but was invalid. Buying a new set.

情報量は、ほとんどの項目でUpToDate.comを上回る。
