The results are just as good as the salon! I also bought the MelodySusie 48W gel lamp. I read several negative reviews for this set, but I truly think the reviewers didn't know what they were doing. Here are the steps I did and my manicure cured perfectly!1.) Wipe nail bed with alcohol2.) 1 thin layer of base coat, put into lamp for 60 seconds3.) 1 thin layer of color, put into lamp for 60 seconds (for my color, I bought a bottle of Gelish GEL polish from Sally's)...4.) Apply a second thin layer of color, put into lamp for 60 seconds5.) 1 thin layer of top coat, put into lamp for 2 minutes6.) All done!
