I don't generally write reviews on Amazon but I had to for this product. I had a very nice green lawn last year, but a final fall application of a product, I will leave unnamed, left my lawn in very bad shape. When I say bad shape...I mean like brown straw. I decided to try this product along with a simple pesticide spray applicator. I was amazed on how well my lawn looks now being it was brown straw. The product was easy to use and application was easy, after I became used to the sprayer I chose. I can't comment on longevity at this point, but I feel much better as I look outside and see a very nice deep green color of my lawn. One recommendation I would say is to make sure you follow the mixing directions when you mix up subsequent gallon applications. You may experience a different shade if you put too little of the green lawn paint into the gallon of water you mix with.

We first purchased this product during a water shortage in California where we were restricted to watering 1 day a week for 20 minutes. Our grass was patchy and brown with so little water, so we stopped watering all together and sprayed it with the endurant grass product (perennial rye). I was shocked at how good it looked. (And I am very particular.) Now we stop watering every June, spray it with the Endurant grass paint and don't think about the grass all summer.

This lawn paint worked magic on our sod that died from heat and weed feed until we can oversees during the fall! One thing to be cautious of, this does stain concrete areas! All hope may not be lost though during cleanup: In the garage where we got small paint droppings, I used a toothbrush, hot water, and dawn power spray to scrub up the spots. Worked like magic! And this was a couple weeks after it happened. For one spot that was a bit hard, I used a little bit of nail polish remover and wa-lah! Also, the garage is sealed concrete so a difference. However, for the driveway that is unsealed, I’ve used the same tactics as above, but with a hard bristled brush and metal wired brush. Be careful with the wired metal brush as it can scratch concrete! Luckily, I only used this is one area that is not noticeable. All spots are not gone but I am going to try power washing!!! The spots are absolutely annoying to look at, but so is dead brown grass. The paint has also lasted through tropical storm rain and regular hard down pours from thunderstorms that caused flooding… and no, it doesn’t wash away on concrete!

The spray was awesome! I thought that the 32oz would work for my small yard, but I should have gotten the gallon. It works well for smaller areas, and has been the talk of the block. 10/10 would recommend

Looks great easy to apply. Could probably make it a side business painting dormant lawns

UPDATE 2: (Feb. 13, 2021) I will update my rating and add photos in two weeks - after I retry and compare their two paints. --------------------- UPDATE 1: (Feb. 12, 2021). Customer service was VERY HELPFUL and is sending me two containers free of charge. I might have gotten a bad batch or such. They say that never happens. Either way dormant (light yellow) grass might require 4 times the amount versus non-dormant grasses if using their perennial rye type. --------------------- Feb. 11, 2021 MAIN COMPLAINT: It looked REALLY GREAT immediately after I sprayed it. But the paint's color seemed to disappear about 24 hours later. Confused, I frustratingly sprayed it again. So that is two layers of this stuff now. (32 fl oz/gallon). 48 hours later and it still looks super faded and I still see the dead white/light green grass. I don't know what to say. Is the dead grass absorbing all the color?! It shouldn't do that. I live in Northeast Florida and have various dead and bad rye grasses. For me this product is like the disappearing ink you bought as a kid. Very upset. It DID NOT rain any day and I sprayed it around 5 PM every day. SECOND COMPLAINT: A gallon only covered 2000 square feet (not 5,000-10,000 sq ft as advertised) for me when using 16 fl oz per gallon with a quality sprayer. I used a measuring cup and big plastic red cup to measure. 3 days later, the lawn still looks like only 20% of what it looks like immediately after you spray it. Photos to come when I get a chance.

This product keeps my grass looking green even in the dry spots a little messy though but I mastered that

I have a lot of yellow/dead spots on my lawn. This product did a good job of making it look great again! Color match was very close to lawn color.

Let's just say my grass is much greener on my side! Fantastic product will keep buying.

I have yet to use this. As of now I was super disappointed to open this mess. Will update when I use it.
