Very pleased with this kids air mattress. I purchased this for our 3 year old and it was a success for our recent trip to a hotel for 3 nights. It was super fast to inflate and deflate with the provided pump. It fits a standadd crib sheet and crib mattress protector perfectly so we could use his current crib sheets just fine. Very good quality, sturdy, and did not lose air at all in almost 4 days. This will be perfect for our stays up at the cabin this summer also. Really like that the storage bag it comes in is bigger, so it's easy to store away and not a challenge like other air mattresses to fit it back in the storage bag perfectly. 👍

This product is excellent. Not only does it have a lifetime warranty, it's super easy to use, carry, and store. We use it every time we travel. We have one for each of our girls though sometimes the two use it together. It's very durable, our 5 year old is still comfortable in it an we've had it since she was 2 years old. What I am most impressed with; however, is the customer service. After three years, the mattress was not inflating properly and we reached out to Hiccapop. We had a response within 24 hours. When I didnt' reply within 3 days, they followed up with us! We are so impressed with the customer service. They were responsive, reliable with every estimate they provided, and solved the issue within 1 week. Highly recommend and this will be my new toddler gift!

Update two years later: After using and probably abusing this mattress (as toddler do), it finally bit the dust after many hotels, camping in tents and cousin sleepovers. I kept forgetting to replace it. Once I finally did reach out to hiccapop customer service, they responded quickly and told me what they needed from me. I emailed the info back and poof! They shipped off my replacement piece! Somehow mine got lost in the mail and as soon as I reached out and brought it to their attention, they shipped off another replacement right away. When I first purchased this, my husband asked if it was really necessary considering the price and that there are others out there that are cheaper. Not only did he tell me later that it was a good call as he could see it was good quality, but this warranty experience has made us Hiccapop customers for life! We own the hiccapop travel high chair as well and we have really grown to trust this brand. This warranty experience has sealed the deal. If you’re wondering which toddler travel bed to choose, this is the one you’re looking for and the lifetime warranty is exactly what it says it is. The pictures and following paragraphs in this review are from when we first purchased it. The baby in that bed in now 4 1/2 and quite a tall 4 year old. He still fits on this toddler mattress and sleeps comfortably on it. I’ve noticed that other brands like slumberpod are now selling similar inflatable toddle mattresses. This one still takes the cake IMO because the 4 raised sides do not have gaps in them like newer models, aren’t bulky raised edges and go all the way around, unlike other brands. Plus, that lifetime warranty that no one else offers. See my previous review below for the rest of the pros that still hold true over time. ◡̈ • • First off, high five to Amazon for getting this puppy delivered to me two days early. We started construction today in my kids rooms, so everyone is sleeping with mom, even for nap time. This arrived just in time for nap time and it did not disappoint! Pros: 1. The vinyl is a thicker grade in comparison to other toddler and kids inflatable mattresses I’ve purchased over the years. 2. Easy to inflate. The mattress part wasn’t inflating at first and I realized the rubber stop on the inside was just tight. I lifted the seal around the edges to make sure it wasn’t sticking and hiccapop customer service suggested to clean under the seal with a wipe to keep it from sticking. It inflated slower than the frame, but just fine after that. 3. My toddler immediately started jumping on it and just by watching him I could see this thing was made to take a beating from kids bouncing. 4. This is at least 8-10 inches longer than our pack-n-play that I had setup for my toddler to use for his nap today. When I laid him in it, he was literally the length of the pack-n-play, head touching the top and feet touching the bottom. Then Amazon sent me a notification that this toddler bed had been delivered at my door. Talk about perfect timing! He is two and almost 5 months and taller than most his age. So if you’re on the fence about using your pack-n-play longer and you have a taller toddler, come to this side of the fence. 5. It fit perfectly with the slumber pod I also bought. The soft, stretchy fabric on that plus the open base was easy to stretch over this toddler bed without compromising the bed or the slumber pod. 6. The lifetime warranty was a HUGE attraction for me as we have gone through so many kids air mattresses. 5. The railing on this was higher than I expected. With that plus the length, I could easily curl up and snuggle with him on the bed if I wanted like I do in his crib sometimes. 6. Crib mattress sheets fit perfectly on it. Cons: 1. Besides the price tag, I’ll let you know if there are any. ◡̈

I’m writing a review after 3 full years of use. This air mattress has been used for every trip we have taken since my youngest was 18mos old. It’s really just as amazing as they claim- it inflates and deflates quickly, it holds air well, and it supports decent weight (though we have never come close to the max limit). I’ve spent many nights helping my toddler fall asleep and been completely comfortable and able to sneak out. This last trip, the mattress and bumpers were struggling to hold air for one overnight, which was abnormal) so I contacted customer service. They were wonderfully helpful. Our mattress and bumpers (but not the pump or bag as they work great) were replaced quickly and we are set for our next travels! We are thrilled that this product is as great as it claims AND so is the customer service. Highly recommended!

Worked well. I flatted quickly and stayed inflated all weekend. However, the plastic had a very strong smell which lingered on my child all day. The slumberpod tent does fit over the top of this air mattress but it is a tight fit.

UPDATE SEPT 2021: BE AWARE!!! I just went to request a replacement mattress for this bed as there was a leak. I reached out to Amazon about the warranty and they stated that I needed to reach out to the seller. The seller said it wasn't their problem and told me to bring it up with the manufacturer and I was just told today that the manufacturer DOES have a lifetime warranty on this product BUT the lifetime warranty is NOT VALID in CANADA! I have opened a case with Amazon to escalate this to the seller B&B GLOBAL INC. in hopes to get my replacement. I will add that the MANUFACTURER has been AMAZING to deal with throughout this ordeal. If you are in the US - this is a great product and backed by a great manufacturer. Any buyers in CANADA - BEWARE!!! This bed is super easy to setup and to pack up. I've had no issue with it leaking air/deflating. My little guy (2.5yrs) loves it. He sleeps so well in it and the sides are high enough that it keeps him from falling out. I would definitely recommend this product!
