Its loose. It doesn't support if Baby's head tilts in one direction. It would have been best if that particular area was adjustable well. Otherwise its an amazing product no doubt. Baby can move at her will. Very disappointing. Wanted a replacement but that also is not available and when i tried to re buy the same item, the cost is shown to be 543rs plus 100rs delivery charge.
