These taste more lemony than shrimpy but they're still good and the noodles are quite bouncy

I had acquired a taste for soup noodles after watching the fabulous film Tampopo years ago. (BTW, would definitely recommend this film - it’s funny and eccentric.) I had been assuaging my noodle soup need with the yummy Nong Shim noodle soups. The Mama noodles, by contrast, are Thai loveliness. They’re not spicy-hot, and the creamy texture feels quite luxurious. The flavour of this noodle soup is quite delicious - would happily recommend these too. - Perhaps to be enjoyed while watching Tampopo!
