Bought the weatherproof trousers as a tester ,great fit , decent material ,good quality and the bonus no brand price tag. Ordered the jacket turned up next day, I ordered 2 sizes up, nice light weight enough pockets for what you need, adjustable with ease (gloves on) no wind on chest (naked bandit commute 40 mile round trip) pretty toasty all round. Comfort/stretch can't fault it , no tightness reaching for bars etc. Over all I'm very impressed with Texpeed, UK company, good quality kit at a pocket friendly price. Not a sponsored review an honest one , believe me I don't part with money until I do the research. Buy with confidence

Well styled, sizes simple to understand, which were actually correct when they arrived. Very wearable, warm, made of durable material with a strong zip and good safety features. Waterproofing yet to be tested. Great value for money.

Apart from arriving 2 day early, on first impressions this jacket is a really good fit and is well manufactured - the armour is all there (might change the back protector - but that is just my taste not an issue). At £54 it is just what I need for summer. Update - now worn it twice on long rides (without the liner) very comfortable and light so easy to move and flex. I did replace the back protector with an Oxford one - and fits in the back pocket perfectly - this jacket does deserve the 5 *’s I gave it - didn’t notice the two additional side pockets until the second ride - doh - nice and deep so happy with them as I don’t like to ride with too much in my pockets apart from light thin items.

Perfect size comfortable looks nice. Only downside is its not fully waterproof. So it soak the water. It only resist water for 5 min rain. Armour is good. Fabric is good. Everything is fine. Size fittings. Body movement. Perfect

I took my measurements and ordered exactly as per the measurements. Great fit! It's worth mentioning that I don't have extra weight around the waist so I don't know how it would fit someone of different build. It comes with adjustable waist straps so should be fine. For me it is perfect! I noticed some complaints about breathability but here in Ireland you won't have that problem. The internal insulation keeps enough warmth in and is not bulky. It's removable so I'd probably take it out on a summer's day. I rode in the rain and didn't get wet anywhere. I recommend buying the jacket with matching pants because it features a zipper at the lower back to keep it from moving up the waist. This does a great job if you ride leaned forward like I do. Good wind protection also! Durable zipper and a joy to zip up/down. I hate the ones that keep locking midway. If you are somebody that rides in gusty weather and constant rain this jacket, matching trousers coupled by waterproof onesie would keep the water out 100% and offer you enough crash protection. I would really recommend this jacket.

Fit and feel is comfortable. Waterproof = So far so good. Warm with the lining. Pros. To give an idea, I've had these for a few weeks now and tried and tested in 1°C temperatures ❄️, heavy & fine rain 🌧 and over 100mph track speeds 🏁 Tried without the lining at 3°C and was incredibly cold. Can definitely function as a summer jacket with warmer weather. As always, go up a size as the jacket is sized without the lining, not a huge amount but you'll be thankful for the extra room regardless. Been in rain since purchase and so far, been bone dry. I wear only a smart shirt underneath for the commute and so far I'm very impressed. Cons. The zips don't have tassles so there difficult to use with gloves. The zips on the wrists are not non-returns so they will slide back when you tussle with the velcro to slide your gloves in. Also, the velcro and stitching throughout is very poor with the wrists on mine already starting to come away meaning I'll have to get the sewing kit out to repair. Overall. A good waterproof jacket especially for the money. Can definitely be improved in some areas which is likely some very cheap changes which could have made this jacket brilliant. Given the price, warmth and waterproof attributes, combined with the trousers (which connect very well i might add) i would recommend these to any rider, commute or social. Company just need to make those small minor changes to make it great 👍🏻

I bought this as some hot weather summer gear , my normal kit is just too extreme for the high temps we have had recently . Not used in the rain as of yet and not expecting it to be totally dry but then very little kit is going to be .. Jacket neck has a fastener .. very useful and is not too tight. Adjustable waist straps makes for a good fit .. easy enough to ride with the jacket open a bit .. good airflow in 30 degrees and it doesn't try and balloon out ! I fitted the shoulder guards from my old jacket as they are a bit larger but the standard padding will do .. in the event of an accident then you obviously get what you pay for but this is a sensible priced jacket that does seem to be well made . I would guess that if this is going to be your main gear ( jacket and trousers ) then some richa over waterproof trousers at least should be in your backpack .. i've had many years of biking and separate waterproof gear is what has kept me dry . Over all though im impressed by this jacket and the trousers ... the point of me actually doing a review speaks volumes ! Normal size for me in this is slightly tight , i would struggle fitting this and the liner in a winter setup so perhaps a size up if you are going all year round .. normal extra clothing in winter would make it uncomfortably tight basically . If buying this then check out the trousers .. they do need a larger size though if used in winter but for summer they are a great fit . Edit .. now used in moderate rain and i stayed dry .. a downpour though and this like a lot of jackets and your going to get wet ... trousers are not water proof to the same degree as the jacket .

Nickel, comme le pantalon, je suis à l'aise et en sécurité. Chaud avec la doublure et sans la doublure c'est impeccable jusqu'à 25°C extérieur. Bonne veste et pantalon nickel.

Jacke passt ganz gut. Könnte minimal größer sein, ist aber nur subjektiv. Lieferzeit ist top. Preis Leistung passt hier einfach, da sie komplett mit Protektoren geliefert wird.
