After reading my review, they told me that they had created an updated version of AWS109, which I recieved today. These are MUCH better. The sound is CLEAR and CRISP, treble, mids, and bass are all very distinguishable. I'm happy to update this review to reflect that I am now very satisfied with these.-----------------------------I had high expectations for these earbuds because of the fit. I also own a pair of Avantree Aria, Avantree Audition Pro, and Avantree Audition headphones, so I've become used to Avantree's excellent sound since I purchased my first pair in 2016.HOWEVER, these Bluetooth headphones have terrible sound! I've owned TWS earbuds from other companies, like the TOZO T10, which have amazing sound....so I KNOW what is possible.The quality from these Avantree earbuds is poor. It sounds like you are far away, under a pillow, or under water. I've tried adjusting with the equalizer app on my phone, but to no avail. I wrote a review way too soon. These earphones suddenly dropped the volume which makes me think they blew out. They sound very low now even on full volume. They used to sound a lot louder when I first received them. They may not be meant to be played at full volume but I was not advised of that and it just means they are not of great quality pretty much.
