Review: Bamboo broom - don't waste your time - I chose the bamboo broom because it's mostly made of natural materials and looks nice too. The first one arrived with the head broken off. desertcart quickly sent a replacement which broke after about 2 days of very light use. It's very poorly designed: The plastic socket that the handle screws into is held to the bamboo head with some glue and one tiny screw. Also the head isn't angled like most brooms. It's a shame because it's a nice looking broom and, if there was a proper bracket between the head and handle I'm sure it would give years of good service. I can't believe the current design got beyond a prototype. It's simply not fit for purpose. Also desertcart: why do you ship it assembled?
