Worse Christmas ever
I bought this as a Christmas present for my husband. We always start early shopping. When he opened it his joy turned to complete sadness as the IPAD doesn’t work. It is not charging and now we are stuck with a broken product at the return date was 12/17. I have never been so disappointed and dissatisfied with no hope of rectifying the issue. I wish I could rate it as a negative 10.

Super Great Buy!
Had a previous version of this and gave it to my daughter. I bought this one and am blown away, it was incredibly well priced and came completely refurbished, brand new condition with a case and great screen protector. I restored from iCloud and up and running. This was by far the best way to buy a refurbished iPad, with a 90 warranty! Way better then eBay, this is a screaming’ deal and a product you can trust! AAAA+++++

nice ipad. So far no issues except one
The Ipad is in very good condition. I had to buy a sim card so I could use it with data, but that's not an issue. The only problem I have seen so far is a small, little white spot on the right side of the screen. As I said, as long as it doens't get any bigger, it's not an issue. Otherwise it seems to be a very nice ipad for what I need it to do.

Great support and customer service!
This Ipad was shipped quickly and surpassed my expectations. The IPad was in like new condition and works perfectly! My wife uses this IPad to perform music rehearsal apps. There is nothing negative to say! The refurbishment is solid and there is no evidence of any issues. The family company reached out personally to check on customer satisfaction and I am happy to say that we are 100% satisfied with the IPad and customer service.

Weak battery
iPad works fine, the issue is that the battery life is very short. Other than that it works as advertised. No cracks, scratches or any other damages on the iPad or screen
