Smoke flavor your food without leaving the kitchen. I "smoke my meat" right after cooking in a glass covered electric skillet. I've used it about 10 times.I bought a bag of hickory BBQ chips and split them into small slivers with kitchen shears. I have a small torch to fire up the slivers quickly - you'll burn TF out of your thumb if you use a traditional cigarette lighter.The box was smaller than I had thought it would be. Good... it fits in a drawer.I can see black tar accumulating on the little fan blades...
