I was pleasantly surprised. As long as it holds up and doesn’t break with prolonged use I’m a happy camper. Everything fit together and is of much higher than expected quality. Only complaint is temp range isn’t as big as claimed but it was consistent. I was able to heat 150ml of oil only to a max of 200f, which luckily was plenty for my purposes. Temp control is very variable so that’s nice and spin function works perfectly with many extra stir bars included.
