Oh my gosh, I could eat a whole bottle of these, they taste so good! But of course, that wouldn't be good for me, so I don't. Honestly, I can't tell any health benefits from taking these. I hate taking my medications at night, so after I do, I "reward" myself with a couple of these. I wish they were a little less expensive, but I'll keep buying them. They're vegan and claim to be sugar free, although a serving has 7g of sugar alcohol. Not sure what the difference is. But they're tasty and might possibly have some health benefits, so I'm sold!

I've tired every kind of ACV...straight (couldn't do it with water for more than 4 days, my body said, 'up you go'...I've tried the supplement gel caps...same thing, after a week I was burping up ACV, ugh! These guys...no problem and they were way less expensive than other ACV gummies. Also, I stay away from vitamin/supplement gummies because they usually have a lot of carbs...these are reasonable and I can get my ACV in without it wanting to 'come back up.'

My husband and I both suffer from leg and foot cramps. We used to drink pickle juice, yeah it’s really not that bad. But, all the sodium in it IS. I thought well vinegar is vinegar, right? So I bought a bottle of these to try. And they work just as well, and no sodium. You do have to take them every day, or the cramps will come back to visit. You can often find really good deals on Amazon if you buy in bulk.
