Would Buy Again
I was given an XL faja (brand M&D) by my surgeon's office after my lipo 360 and an abdominal scar revision. I bought a second, same brand, days after surgery size M recommended by my post op masseuse. These are around $130. The genital area zipper with this brand is so uncomfortably tight I wanted to cry from being so miserable but I kept wearing them anyway.I'm 5'8, 180 lbs, hips 39, waist 34 with a long torso and naturally busty. I really like the movable flap on this faja for restroom use. It doesn't attach to anything and easily moves which may be a bother for some. I enjoy the freeness of the area compared to the zipper kind. I've only used this for urinating and never poo. Helpful tip, I urinate backwards on the toilet to be able to lean forward and not soil the garment.Considering I'm taller than average, the straps surprisingly aren't a bother at all. The garment was tricky to put on the first time and really difficult to latch the hooks. But after that I found my method to make it work and move faster. I'm barely on the first hook so I have plenty of time to work my way to the tightest hook. I do wear these w lipo foams inside as well. This garment doesn't have a lot of stretch which is a good thing post op as you're trying to keep everything tight to the body.I haven't tried wearing this with fitted clothing but have used it with jeans and t-shirts without it being obvious. The compression, material and appearance are really good.I did see a lot of complaints with the thigh area. My legs/ thighs are thinner than average w/ my tall frame so they rarely roll up and it's not a bother. I will say the butt area is shaped strangely and it actually makes my butt look smaller but I can't tell in jeans/ joggers.Overall, I'm happy with this purchase and would buy it again. However, I will be trying other brands that are even cheaper to see if they measure up in quality. And definitely no more zippers for me.

Good for lipo
I bought two different fajas to alternate with, both a different brand. This one is far superior and although more money than I wanted to pay, worth the money. There is an opening in the crotch for ease of bathroom use. The opening is placed in the right spot and had a fabric flap to cover your parts and protect you from irritation against whatever you're wearing that day. This also has 4 rows of clasps that allow you to continue slimming down as swelling reduces, etc. It was very comfortable for the most part. My only complaint is that once the leg band started to roll, it would bunch in my groin area and pinch my skin right there and the only solution to that was throwing it in the wash and kind of "resetting" it. It just made for an uncomfortable and sometimes painful rest of my day until I could get it off and throw it in the wash. This happened more on the right side than the left and I think that is because the left is where the flap connects to the rest of the garment and the right is more open ? I don't really know how to explain that without showing you and that's not happening 😂 There is just a gap where the skin is more vulnerable to getting pinched. It has caused a little raw spot on my groin right there.

Great for shorter torso
My plastic surgeon recommended this brand to me as it is affordable and comfortable. I have a really short torso so it is often hard to find things that fit well and are not too long. This fits great and is comfortable. It is good quality and I like how many clasps are on it to offer a lot of flexibility for tightness. Only thing is I wish it was a little tighter in the lower stomach area.

not good for bbl stage 2 or 3
this does not hug the butt well. it is extremely tight on the butt area so he careful not to get this if your post op bbl so you don't ruin your results. Also the shoulder straps really dig into your shoulders so just be aware of this.

Good compression/ poor leg elastic
The compression is great in the body and the straps are very comfortable. The leg rolls constantly :( and does not stay in place like other brands.

Super comfortable once i got it on!
Im (5) week post operation (Tummy Tuck) and didnt not want to spend 120.00 for this very same garment through my plastic surgeon.. Found this one and made a purchase in a small (my waist is 27”) which came quickly! I was a bit nervous it was not going to fit because I literally had to lay down to get it on however once i was in it the compression was perfect! Way more comfortable than stage one garment which has the hooks on the side and kept aggravating the incisions on my sides… stage 2 garment has hooks in the front which i love. Also not having to take the entire thing off to use the bathroom is a huge plus. I highly recommend but make sure to know your size, not much give and the legs are a bit tight but wearable..

Good compression
This faja is ok but the compression is nowhere as good as the more expensive ones, I wanted a second faja whilst the first one was taken in but didn’t want to spend another £150 so got this one instead, in hindsight I wish I’d bought another expensive one but this one is adequate, the compression is still good and had I bought this one and never have worn the expensive one I would be over the moon as it’s still so much better than the lipoelastic compression garment I was recommend to wear after surgery last time . One of the best things about this is it’s easy to go toilet in, my expensive one I literally have to sit face on ways the toilet as the wee slit is so far back, this one you can just sit like a normal person on the toilet x
