I wear one on the middle finger of my left hand whilst knitting and simply tap the button at the end of each row to keep a tally of the rows knitted. It is SO much easier than using the traditional row counters that would normally be at the end of the needles and more reliable than using a pen & paper to keep a tally. It does take a few rows to get used to it being on your finger as it is a little bulky, but after a wee while you don't notice it. I was concerned about leaving it half way through a garment, but it 'goes to sleep' and you simply tap the button to wake it up and the number of rows you were at previously appears on the screen. Wish I had got these years ago.

Device can be used flat on a worksurface or attached to your finger via adjustable strap. Easy to use - large button to record increase in number, small button to reset count to zero. Great little gadget. Prefer this device compared to alternatives of dial counter sitting on knitting needle or pen and paper.

Very simple to use, got 1 a year ago and is still working. I haven't checked if the battery can be changed, but it looks like.

There so handy to use on golf course

On item description the seller has written a full list of colours , with pictures , but when I recieved the counters many there are only a few colours sent out to me the rest were repeated colours. Lots of colours missing . When I contacted the seller they were not very helpful.
