Brewer's Best Brewing Herbs and Spices - Dried Mugwort

I rarely dream, usually once every two months so I got this hoping it could help me recall my dreams. The first night I took it, I smoked it incense and then made a tea with it as well and it worked. My most vivid dream in a long time but I tried both methods those next two weeks and it hasn’t done anything since then. However I have noticed my depression isn’t as bad and I add some to my teavana tea bc this stuff is nasty as hell. It also smells like weed when smoked, just add that note. But yeah I take some every day. Good product

Excellent Mugwort, I use to smoke it right before I went to sleep now I strictly take it as a tea. Once in the morning and right before bed. And you have lucid dreaming at its finest !! I’m not picky about if it’s a whole Ounce regardless it’s still a great deal. Highly recommend 👍🏾

This Mugwort is really potent! Mugwort has many benefits including inducing menstruation. My cycle was delayed for over a week. I pinched a little off, lit it with my lighter and inhaled the smoke; my period started the next day. It also helped me recall my dreams and gave me a slight “head high”. This is only off of a pinch, so imagine the effects if you were to drink it as a tea or smoke more. Also this is known as the lucid dreaming herb.

Very bitter but it can work.

Very bitter, but perfect for what I need. I use Mugwort for tea and incense! When making tea, be prepared for an extremely bitter, almost soapy taste. I mix the mugwort with lavender and honey (a lot of it) to ease that bite. For incense, it burns really well. Flame dies quick and it smolders for several minutes! Much appreciated!

Lots of "shake" and not much leaf. Seems like it has a lot of stems. And not very potent. I've had better. I'd say it's so-so. Not great, not terrible either. Just so-so. The very high grade mugwort has an entirely different texture and is sort of "fluffy" in the leaf matter.

For once in forever was i able to recal a dream. The first time i made this into tea i got very sleepy since i ended up not going to bed within 30 mins after and was up for 2 hrs instead. I slept so well and the dream that i had was very long and vivid. Everyone is different so its hard to say if it will work the same way for you. I have smoked this as well and the experience was less than the tea. Ive heard people enjoying smoking this over tea.
