I have not seen definitive answer yet so I'll ask again. Will it fit over rail mount that is close to wall and only tilts?

Yes. I have mine mounted in a similar way. There are plenty of Velcro flaps on the back that will allow you to cover the TV with the mounts. You will not actually be covering the mounts themselves, however, only the TV. But you really shouldn't have any problem. Keep in mind that you need enough room behind the TV to actually put on the cover and close the Velcro flaps. Hope this helps.

Can you launder this ? I searched everywhere and I’v been unsuccessful in finding an answer. Has anyone washed this item before in their washer?

It is quite heavy and thick, but I don't see why you couldn't wash it in the machine. Or, just spot wash might be better. If you have it outside in a covered porch area with screens as I do, it will get dirty from blowing dust and dirt. I am going to wash mine with a hose in the grass.

Can it protect a TV with a stand attached?

Not as effective as it has a Velcro seal on the underneath and inside of it. You may need to measure and go a size up to allow for the stand to be covered as well.

Does it sound okay when its fully covered or do you need to max out volume?

You definitely need to max out the volume. I find it better to use wireless headphones when it’s fully covered. Also to avoid overheating turn the brightness all the way down.

So far so good. Have this covering a 50inch screen. The screen is on an outside wall, with little shelter. I have been using this since July. While we have had a lot of dry weather, we have had some torrential down pours, and this cover has stood the test of heavy rain.

Ho acquistato questa copertura per proteggere la mia TV da esterno da 75 pollici e ne sono davvero soddisfatto. La copertura è realizzata con un materiale resistente e impermeabile, perfetto per proteggere la TV da pioggia, polvere e sole. Copre completamente lo schermo, inclusa la parte inferiore, e si adatta perfettamente grazie alle chiusure in velcro ben posizionate. Mi ha colpito anche la morbida fodera interna, che evita graffi sullo schermo durante l'uso. Dopo alcune settimane di esposizione alle intemperie, la TV è rimasta in condizioni perfette, quindi il prodotto fa il suo lavoro. Unico piccolo neo: la custodia potrebbe essere leggermente più flessibile per facilitare l’installazione se si deve rimuoverla spesso. In generale, però, è un ottimo acquisto per chi cerca una protezione completa e affidabile per la propria TV da esterno. Consigliata!
