A good supplement with no aftertaste & easy to take!
I've been taking these for a little while now, but I do forget to take them daily, as I should, but I've always been bad about that.... While I can't say anything for sure, I do think these are helping me in some way. I feel like I have a little more energy when I've been taking them (without missing days), versus times when I've forgotten to take them for a few days. maybe it's in my head, idk, but either way, I'm going to continue to take them and try to get better about doing it every day, bc I do think I feel better when I'm taking them daily than when I'm not. I've never had any negative side effects that I know of, and they go down easily without any after taste. I feel like it's a good quality vitamin and I am hoping to get better about my schedule so I can reap the most benefits possible from this very important supplement.

A premium product that is expensive
I’ve been taking CoQ10 for years on my doctor's recommendation, but I’ve always struggled to feel a tangible difference, and with this Ubiquinol version, there is no difference. I just have to assume that it is helpful support for my heart since the meds I'm on deplete it. The Ubiquinol Difference: If you're doing your research, you know regular Ubiquinone has to be converted by your body. Since I’m well over 40, I wanted the "active" form. Easy to Swallow: These are standard-sized softgels. They don't get stuck in your throat, and I haven't noticed any weird smell, aftertaste, or "vitamin burps." Kosher Certified: It’s surprisingly hard to find high-quality supplements that meet Kosher standards. Huge plus for inclusivity and quality control here. I do like that it is doctor-formulated and made in the USA in a GMP-certified facility. Value: 60 count gives me a full two-month supply. Given the "superior absorption" claim and the apparently high-quality product, the price still seems too high for a sixty-day supply. Others I've taken that were 200mg of CoQ10 ubiquinol for a sixty-day supply were much cheaper, and considering not noticing any difference in effectiveness, I wouldn't be getting these anymore. The lot I received has a manufactured date of 07/25, but has no expiration date. One tip: Take it with a meal that has a little healthy fat (like avocado or eggs) to help with absorption!

Soft tablet and easy to swallow ubiquinol CoQ10
I take CoQ10 because I am takinga statin and statins reduce the CoQ10 level, but it also helps with exercise and I am a triathelete. Ubiquinol is the “ready-to-use” form of CoQ10. You’ll also see ubiquinone, which is another form that the body can convert into ubiquinol but most would choose ubiquinol because it’s often absorbed better, particularly as we age... and I'm less young than I might desire. I like the soft-tablet form - it's easy to swallow and my stomach has no issues with it. I have heard that it can act as a stimulant - ie, feels like coffee to your body - but I haven't noticed this. I take it before lunch because they say it's better with food, although this isn't required. These are made in the USA in a GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) facility from a company that's been around for over 50 years so these are all good things. I think the big thing is how much it helps - but I really can't say. I don't really feel any different taking it, but it is supposed to be an antioxidant, act as a bit of a stimulant, and help protect my heart and recover from exercise - but taking it, I don't really notice much of a difference. But anti-oxidents that keep heart health are going to be hard to analyze but I feel better mentally for taking it. The one thing that I'll say is that this price seems a bit high - I'll have to think before I buy another one. Also the bottle as it arrives is less than 1/3 full - as you can see in one of the photos. So it's more than half empty which maybe is because they standardize bottles and this is the one that they use.. but it looks weird to receive something and it's mostly empty before you've even started taking it.

Very easy to swallow, and a pure play with only CoQ10 and nothing else
I was pleased to find this Ubiquinol which is the more biologically active and is the more easily absorbed form of CoQ10. CoQ10 has been recommended by a well known detox program that I am following; CoQ10's alleges a benefit for heart health, blood pressure, brain health, mitochondrial support (more energy). These soft-gels are small, red capsules, roughly (American) football shaped. They have a smooth coating, and therefore are very easy to swallow. They have no noticeable odor. Suggested serving of 1 or 2 capsules daily makes this a 60 or 30 day supply. With 100mg per capsule, these are in the range recommended of 50-500mg per day. The price might seem steep, but it is in line with other similar formulas but with this one you are getting pure CoQ10 without any other additions, which for me is a good thing.
