I can't say enough good things about B&G 100% pure Avocado Oil Spray. So easy to use. Nothing in it but the oil. very simple and effective way to healthier cooking.I like to use it for salads, pan frying, roasting and even baking. Also great for those high cooking temperatures.A little goes a long way too. Highly recommended.

Wouldn’t recommend
Spray function goes bad after a few sprays. No guaranty if it’s extra virgin oil or not. Flavor isn’t great either and it started leaking

so good, continous spray , less oil consumption,taste great and non sticky oil. will buy again just plz work on pricing though
