New Grains - ARTISAN Hamburger Buns - Certified Gluten Free - (21oz) 2 Pack

Fantastic texture and flavor. Held up to fixings. Did not fall apart at the mere presence of mayo, mustard tomatoes...things with moisture did not phase this bun. AND it was a decent size. Great for normal sized burgers...this was no slider sized bun like Katz or Schar both have. Until I can make something like this myself, these will be purchased again and again!

The last gluten free hamburger buns that I bought from Amazon were soft and fluffy. You would never know they were gluten free. These buns were hard and dry and small. I definitely would not purchase them again.

A few years ago I bought this product with some regularly. At that time is was a good gluten free hamburger bun. This product has changed, and not for the better. The buns are now packaged in airtight packaging, which should be a good thing. However, whether it is the packaging, new ingredients, or some new manufacturing process, the buns are now tasteless, dense, doughy, and, seemingly, half-baked. I can honestly say that of the 1000+ meals I have eaten over the last year, I have only disposed of 1 due to poor quality - tonight's dinner, due entirely to this product.

Didn’t really care for them, kinda dry.

When on the search for allergy free foods-wheat, eggs, and milk I ran across this hamburger bun. We have tried other breads and not very impressed with them but the hamburger bun is a must have. It is slightly dense, with just the right thickness but not so much as to that is all you taste when you put your hamburger or lunch meat on them. The company is a great company. They are really compassionate about there product. I have reordered these from the direct website which works well also. Like my daughter says, a hamburger is not a hamburger without the bun.

My wife suffers from both gluten intolerance and she is allergic to a dairy protein so, as you can imagine, quite a strict diet per doctor orders. She has tried a variety of products similar to this one and states this is by far the best one she has tried. The biggest draw back is the price, especially shipping costs. However if you are willing to pay the price we believe you will not be disappointed in the quality.

After toasting they were ok but loaded to the max with toppings. Otherwise also dry like the other baked good I got on the same order.
