This Dashi is delicious and reminds me of the Japanese food I had in Japan, which was wondrous! Though I normally cannot handle gluten, possibly because it is so fermented, the wheat in this doesn't seem to bother me. Of course, I would prefer it if there were a non-gluten version.I often combine it with Big Tree Coco Aminos for more sweetness for a dip for vegetables or for eating with raw or cooked salmon.The problem is that since I bought it it has become unavailable so I am worried I cannot get it again! All of the other similar products I can find on Amazon seem to contain chemicals I will not eat. I hope this returns!

A TAMARI HAS NO WHEAT.  THIS SAUCE DOES.  A GOOD SOY SAUCE DOES NOT NEED ALCOHOL FOR PRESERVATION.  THIS SAUCE HAS TWO FORMS.  THEREFORE IT IS NOT A REAL TAMARI AND NOT EVEN A QUALITY SOY SAUCEE.
