I am really pleasantly surprised by how comfortable this support cushion is . It’s not too high or too hard and it does an amazing job at helping me sleep on my back (I’m a side sleeper). I’ve used it for several nights with pillows on top to sleep and to watch TV and I’d recommend it to anyone . The pillows are a bit wider than the cushion itself, but when they are on top of it I can’t tell. It makes a significant difference to the support of my head and neck. Just wish I had tried one earlier !

Comes vacuum sealed and opens out fully after 24-48 hours. Comfortable wedge pillow bought to assist with snoring but smaller than expected.

I bought this after reading another review. I had a recent thoracic spine injury and could only sleep propped up on pillows. This is a lesser angle but I'm able to tolerate it and am in much less discomfort at night now, and getting more sleep at last. As an added bonus it is meant to help with reflux and GERD too! I do have quite a long torso, so would have preferred it to be slightly longer due to the location of my injury (T6) and wider so easier to roll over, but all the ones I looked at are the same length.

I liked it because it means i can sit up in bed but i do feel it is quite narrow so it doesnt support my arms. I woulsnt recommend for long periods

On unwrapping my first thoughts were this is not going to be very good. The pillow comes rolled and when unpacked there were creases throughout the foam and i thought they were never going to come out. How wrong I was.24 hours later the pillow had returned to its original shape, matching the measurements perfectly. The pillow is very firm so you will probably need to sleep with an ordinary pillow on top. But thats a good thing. No firmness means no wedge support.Been used daily for over a month now with no distortion or degradation in its shape.

There's not really too much to review with this product, it's a foam wedge. I saw some reviews criticising it for being too small or not being memory foam. I'd say they are pretty overblown, it does look slightly different to the picture, even on the packaging, which I've marked it down for, but it is big enough to sleep on and soft enough to be comfortable.As for the health benefits, that's hard to say, I've not felt any adverse affects from it. I wanted to sleep elevated due to GERD and I am now elevated by this wedge. Make of that what you will.

I am so pleased with this product it is the perfect height! I normally sleep on 3 pillows due to acid reflux but with this I only put one pillow on top! It has reduced my reflux and it doesn’t hurt your neck like too many pillows do! Also I have bought foam oillows before and they sometimes have a funny smell but this had no smell at all! Worth every penny!!!

I bought it because of my reflux. I already have one but this is too high. I have never been able to use it. There is a disproportion in the measurements, so my back hurts a lot.
