The company reached out to me and told me they would refund the cost of the battery replacements and they did. They claimed their watches all should work when they arrived - so mine must have been a rare mistake. Regardless the issue was remedied quickly by the seller and I was able to give the watch as a gift on time (tho we cut it a little too close for comfort).Old Review Sept 10, 2020 - 3 starsEngraving looks good and was what I wanted. Shipping was fast (though problems with DHL). The quality is ok, definitely not worth $100+ but I guess i really paid for the engravement.The watches both were NOT working when they arrived. I'm going to check to see if it's the batteries... and even if it is, I just paid $120 for each of them.
